Last week my organization, America First Legal, announced the creation of the Center for Legal Equality which will be the nation’s preeminent advocate for Americans who are victims of race, sex, religious, political, or other “woke” discrimination under the insidious guise of “equity.”
The Center is housed within, and a division of, America First Legal and will be the spearpoint in our legal battle against woke Marxist corporatism, academic indoctrination, the erasure of parents’ rights, and the left’s war on children and equality. We will fight in the courtroom against Critical Race Theory, radical gender ideology, and the entire corporate agenda that centers on race and skin color and rejects legal equality.
Equality under the law is a cornerstone of our Republic. It is an essential to human flourishing, economic freedom, the security of our rights, and protection against government tyranny in all forms. The “equity” agenda seeks to destroy equality and the rule of law, and we are here to prevent the Marxist left from succeeding in this monstrous quest.
We must not allow the Biden Administration, our schools, and our corporations to reward, punish, exclude or denigrate any American because of their religious faith, their sex, or their skin color.
