Because of the Dobbs decision, women across Ohio are living in fear. Ohio republicans are attempting to enact radical anti-abortion legislation that would go so far as to force the victims of rape or incest to carry their babies to term.

When the Dobbs decision was released, Matthew Diemer immediately responded by promising to fight back against this decision and protect women’s rights in Congress.

Meanwhile, Matthew’s opponent Max Miller decided to celebrate while we lose control of our own health decisions.

The contrast couldn’t be clearer. Max Miller applauded stripping over 168 million American women of their fundamental rights to body autonomy, while Matthew Diemer vowed to fight for a women’s right to choose.

I’m working to elect Matthew Diemer because I know he will be a tireless fighter to protect women’s health and freedoms. 

In Congress, we know Matthew’s number one priority will be codifying federal abortion protections. Meanwhile, Max Miller has pledged to continue restricting abortion rights “in the halls of the United States Congress.”

A vote for Matthew Diemer is a vote against draconian abortion restrictions. A vote for Max Miller is a vote to further them.
