John,

Today we're standing up for our brave American soldiers facing a looming international threat.

I am at the International Criminal Court (ICC) in The Hague, Netherlands, presenting oral arguments to defend the interests of the brave men and women of the U.S. military.

An ICC Prosecutor is seeking to investigate and potentially prosecute American troops on alleged war crimes charges for fighting the war on terror in Afghanistan.

This is an unmitigated grasp for power. The ICC has absolutely no jurisdiction over our soldiers.

Our government is not a part of the ICC at all, meaning the U.S. will not be presenting arguments in this case. But I will.

TODAY, and over the next couple of days, I am making the biggest international oral arguments of my career at the ICC's highest appellate chamber of judges - essentially the ICC's Supreme Court. But it's not about me.

American troops lay their lives on the line every day to defend our freedoms. Today we will be the only voice for the interests of our military.

Take action with us, as I stand up for our troops at the ICC's Supreme Court.

Sign Our Petition: Defend Our Brave Soldiers at the ICC.
