We appreciate your interest and dedication to continuing the fight against youth vaping and the predatory behavior of the tobacco industry. We recognize that it is a very busy time and events were moving so quickly we did not give much advance notice. In fact, during last Friday’s event we learned that JUUL had filed for a stay against FDA’s order in the U.S. Court of Appeals in D.C. that has already been granted on an emergency basis until July 12, read more here. Our work and that of our public-health partners is more important than ever before.
