About the job
The Talent Acquisition team is growing and we are adding a new team member! As a Talent Acquisition Consultant you will plan, develop and implement full-cycle recruitment and staffing strategies, ensuring a smooth and favorable candidate experience. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs, develop sourcing strategies to leverage diverse, high-caliber candidates, and prescreen candidates to assess their qualifications. You will help promote DES as an employer of choice through creative and thoughtful job announcements, as well as sourcing candidates through a variety of channels, including internet searches, colleges/universities, networking, social media, and attendance at job fairs and community events.
We are looking for someone who loves building connections and can create talent pipelines for various positions that accommodate current and future business needs. You have a passion for matching opportunities with talent. You are highly organized and able to successfully manage and prioritize multiple full cycle recruitments against a timeline. You are creative and can craft job announcements that attract a pool of high-quality talent to DES. You are innovative and finding new methods to find diverse talent excites you!
