A recent news report on my opponent is alarming. Here’s what it says:

“Kim Crockett, Minnesota Republicans’ presumptive nominee for secretary of state, is part of a national right-wing network recruiting an army of activists to become poll workers, stoking fear among Democratic voting rights activists that they’ll seek to intimidate voters.”

There’s cause for worry. While recruiting poll workers is, by itself, a good thing, this particular effort is tied to Cleta Mitchell and Mark Meadows - two key national figures in the effort to overturn the 2020 election by spreading dangerous disinformation and conspiracy theories.

Minnesota’s elections are fair, accurate, honest, and secure. My opponent has pledged that if she wins in November, she’ll work to take away critical provisions that help Minnesotans from across the state make their voices easily heard.

We can’t let this happen. We can’t let outside groups with an axe to grind potentially intimidate voters at the polls. We're up against the biggest quarterly deadline we’ve faced so far and we need to raise another $15k before then.

We’re making critical decisions about our campaign, such as when we’ll be able to go up on TV and whether we’ll have enough money to fully fund this campaign. Will you please consider chipping in $10 or more now to make sure we have enough to win in November?
