John,

The Supreme Court just delivered the most HISTORIC VICTORY ever in the fight for life. Roe v. Wade – the cause of millions of innocent babies' senseless deaths – has been OVERTURNED.

Now more than ever our pro-life legal work is vital to saving the lives of babies. The fight is far from over.

RIGHT NOW states are scrambling to force the so-called "right to abortion."

Michigan's Governor Gretchen Whitmer is seeking to change the state constitution to make abortion on demand permanent there. Meanwhile, California is inching closer to passing the MOST TWISTED abortion bill we've ever seen. This sick bill would allow infanticide up to 28 days AFTER a baby is born.

We plan to testify before the state's Senate Committee on Health opposing the CA bill, and we have already sent multiple legal letters opposing the bill. And in Michigan, we're engaged with two state prosecutors to defeat Gov. Whitmer's unconstitutional lawsuit.

THIS IS A PIVOTAL MOMENT.

We're aggressively engaged in dozens of critical cases right now across nearly 30 states that will change the course of the pro-life fight for decades.

But we face a major challenge. Each of these monumental cases requires immense resources. We urgently need your Tax-Deductible support.
