The Norwegian Parliament has approved an agreement with the U.S. government to allow the creation of four permanent U.S. military bases on Norwegian soil, immunity from Norwegian criminal prosecution for U.S. troops, and U.S. military activity beyond the locations of the bases. Not just Norway, but the world must SAY NO.
