John, I'll be honest:
With two days to go before our primary, it hasn't felt the same as in past elections. It's frankly hard to carry on with campaign operations as usual right after the Supreme Court rolled back the rights of millions.
I've talked to a lot of voters and campaign volunteers in the past 48 hours who are terrified, angry, and heartbroken. And they have every right to be.
I'm sick of people in my own party who wring their hands and act like we’re totally powerless to fix the current moment. My message is simple: get on board with abolishing the filibuster, codifying abortion rights, and expanding the Supreme Court — or get the hell out of the way.
On Tuesday, voters are demanding courage and vision. In this moment, we need leaders with the lived experience to keep fighting for our progressive values. We're going to give it everything we have in these last couple of days — from canvassing, to online ads, to phone banking.
We need 150 more supporters to chip in before Tuesday in order for us to maintain the momentum for victory. Please, will you donate $15 — or whatever you can — right now?
If you've saved your payment information with ActBlue Express, your donation will go through immediately:
Thank you,
Marie
P.S. We're having our 100th virtual phone bank of this campaign tomorrow at 6 PM CT. Every additional supporter who can make calls for us will be making a critical difference. If you can, please RSVP to join us (from anywhere!) tomorrow evening →
