Team, I hate to bother you on a Sunday, but I have something important I need to tell you. This Thursday is the last day of our fundraising quarter. After the quarter ends, our campaign is legally required to send a public report to the FEC detailing how much grassroots support we have. And this quarter is an especially important one: This is our first fundraising deadline of the general election. I sat down with my team to look through our budget, and it looks like we need a surge of support before the end of the month to stay on track. So today, we’re setting a goal of raising $5,000 in grassroots donations before the fundraising quarter ends on June 30th at midnight. Can you chip in right now to help us reach our goal?
This number didn’t just come out of thin air. This is the amount that we need to raise to ensure we have the resources we need to win in November. And, if we send a strong report to the FEC, we’ll be able to build on our momentum and make sure we’re prepared to take on whatever attacks come our way.
This is a must-hit goal for our campaign. We simply cannot afford to fall behind during our first FEC deadline of the general election. Thank you for stepping up to show Andrea you have her back.
