I know you're probably getting a lot of emails right now, but I hope you'll let me explain why your support matters so much, especially right now. 

The Supreme Court's radical decision to take away a woman’s freedom – her right to bodily autonomy – has pulled us back decades. But it doesn't end there. If Republicans take back the Senate majority, they will work to ban abortion nationwide. 

Before I go any further, will you rush a donation to protect this seat and our Senate majority?

As you may know, my 2016 Senate race was one of the closest in the country. Once the dust settled, I won by a margin of just 1,017 votes – unseating a Republican incumbent in the most expensive Senate race New Hampshire had ever seen. 

If each and every person who helped by donating, knocking doors, or calling voters hadn’t done what they did for our campaign, we would have lost.

Now, six years later, I'm up for reelection in a race that will likely be even more expensive and just as close. 

Outside interest groups have already spent over $9 million attacking me, and CNN labeled New Hampshire as one of the most likely seats to flip. 
Our most important FEC deadline yet is in four days, but our fundraising has significantly slowed. Once our numbers go public, Republicans will comb every line of our report looking for any vulnerabilities. 

Knowing what the margins were in my last race, it's clear that we can't win – and protect Democrats' Senate majority – without you, John. That's why my team is setting a goal of $75,000 before we close the books on Thursday.
