Now that Roe v. Wade has been overturned by Donald Trump’s 6-3 majority Supreme Court, Minnesota will soon become the only state in the upper Midwest where the right to a safe and legal abortion is still intact.

While Governor Walz signed an executive order yesterday to protect people seeking or providing abortions in Minnesota from legal repercussions in other states, Minnesota Republicans want them to be charged for murder.

In response to announcements from several companies offering to pay travel costs for employees in restricted states seeking an abortion elsewhere, Republican-endorsed MN House candidate said: “The obvious solution is arrest [them] for murder upon return, and arrest executives for aiding and abetting.”

John, the Minnesota Republican Party is overrun with anti-choice extremists who want nothing more than to criminalize our reproductive freedom. We cannot let them retake power this November.
