News broke last week that my opponent explicitly requested a pardon from Donald Trump after the failed coup attempt on January 6th. 

It shouldn't need to be said, but no one who has tried to overthrow the government should be allowed to serve in Congress.

News broke during this week's Jan. 6 committee hearing that Marjorie Taylor Greene asked Donald Trump for a presidential pardon. 

She KNEW she was guilty. But she still moved forward with an attempted coup, inciting a riot at the Capitol that nearly killed Nancy Pelosi and Mike Pence. 

Look, we can’t have a member of Congress who requested a pardon from the former president -- the people of Georgia (and America, for that matter) deserve so much better. 

We’re supporting Marcus Flowers, the Democrat and Army Veteran running to unseat Marjorie Taylor Greene this November.
