To say I’m disappointed in Friday's passage of the Senate’s gun control package is a massive understatement.
From criminalizing routine firearm transactions and forcing those under 21 to heightened scrutiny to bribing states into enacting Red Flag laws and opening a backdoor to universal background checks, this bill unquestionably infringes on our constitutional rights.
We all want safer communities but eroding the Second Amendment rights of law-abiding gun owners is not how we achieve that goal.
