The Supreme Court has struck down the right to safe and legal abortion, and the protections that generations of Americans were born with are gone. It’s an enormous step back for our country.

In Arizona, Trump just endorsed one of my opponents who wants to go even further and pass a national ban on abortion in all cases — no exceptions. He even opposes the decision that made birth control legal in this country.

The stakes were high before. But after this decision, it’s more critical than ever that we win this race, because the Senate is the final defense against abortion being banned in the United States.

As long as I’m in the Senate, I’ll work to make sure that never happens.
