We'll be blunt with you, team. The Senate doesn't have the votes to eliminate the filibuster right now. But if we can elect Mandela in November, we will have the chance to get it done.
The filibuster is standing in the way of Democrats passing so many crucial pieces of legislation — and now with abortion rights in jeopardy, it has never been more urgent to codify Roe at the federal level.
The only way Mandela will become the deciding vote to end the filibuster and defend abortion rights is if lots of people come together to help him defeat Ron Johnson.
