The Supreme Court just overturned Roe v. Wade.

I know folks are worried and angry. Frankly, of course you're angry. I am, too.

But we can’t give up -- we need to keep fighting for pro-choice leaders up and down the ballot.

This has been anti-choice politicians’ goal since Roe became law nearly 50 years ago. This year alone, GOP-controlled state legislatures introduced hundreds of anti-choice laws that would go into effect the moment Roe falls and Ohio GOP lawmakers said they’ve been waiting for Roe to fall to pass their own abortion ban with zero exceptions.

It’s never been more clear: Elections matter at every level of government.

Women’s freedom to make their own decisions about their health is now on the ballot. We need to organize and elect leaders who will stand up for our rights -- especially at the state and local level where they can stop extreme anti-choice restrictions from becoming law.
