The GOP will release their rebuttal to the Democrats’ impeachment report today, and of course, President Trump got to read it early yesterday while flying to London for NATO meetings...as his plane landed, POTUS let the American people know through Twitter that the radical Left “has no case.”
And, the President included a possible new strategy in his tweet: Perhaps it is time to take this “impeachment hoax” to the Supreme Court?
Here is the tweet:

If you read the GOP rebuttal you will see the Republicans make their case that “the evidence presented does not prove any of these Democrat allegations, and none of the Democrats’ witnesses testified to having evidence of bribery, extortion, or any high crime or misdemeanor.”
Rep. Jim Jordan tweeted, “Our report is out. No secret bunker meeting needed.”
Meanwhile, you knew Shifty Adam Schiff would try to spin doctor the GOP
rebuttal to his advantage, and that’s exactly what he did.
Schiff said: “The Minority’s rebuttal document, intended for an audience of one, ignores voluminous evidence that the president used the power of his office to pressure Ukraine into investigating his political rival by withholding military aid and a White House meeting the President of Ukraine desperately sought. In so doing, the President undermined our national security and the integrity of our elections," Schiff said. “Tellingly, the Minority dismisses this as just part of the President’s ‘outside the beltway’ thinking. It is more accurately, outside the law and constitution, and a violation of his oath of office.”
It will be interesting to see if the President pursues his idea to take this impeachment circus to SCOTUS. Most likely, POTUS is already asking his team of lawyers if this is a legal option, and then he would consult with his advisors on the pluses and minuses of going that direction.
The last thing the Democrats want to do is prolong the impeachment process. They are in a hurry for several reasons (covered in this newsletter.)
