Red Flag laws are an abuse of power waiting to happen. They will enable gun confiscation without due process and can be easily used by
begrudged people to target others they don't like.
This is immoral and illegal on its face, but particularly dastardly in our current "cancel culture" climate.
As Co-Chair of the Second Amendment Caucus, I want to make it evidently clear that we completely oppose
the new bill passed by the Senate.
In the House we are supporting the Return Our Constitutional Rights Act. I am appalled by the so-called Republicans who compromised our rights in
support of this Senate bill.

family in a desperate attack to influence voters. They will concoct the most salacious stories to avoid speaking about the real issues facing our
