Yesterday the Supreme Court struck down Roe v. Wade and rolled back 50 years of progress. Even though our rights in Washington aren’t going anywhere, this catastrophic ruling will affect the nation.

As individuals are forced to travel to receive essential medical care, providers in states that are still able to offer abortion access will have resources spread thin. Meanwhile, in states where abortion is criminalized, providers could have their licenses revoked, or even be prosecuted for administering abortion care that was legal just days ago.

Bob has pledged that Washington will be a sanctuary for individuals and medical providers who are persecuted for exercising their constitutional rights in other states.

As long as Bob is the People’s Attorney, Washingtonians’ access to abortion is not going anywhere. Bob will fight to preserve our rights — but that makes him a target for extremist groups who are spending millions to defeat Democratic AGs. We know they have spent millions against Bob in the past.
