John, we all know the news by now — the hyper-conservative Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade — and 50 years of constitutional protections ended for over 3.1 million Hoosier women and women across the country.
We wanted to make sure you saw Tom’s message about this horrific injustice — and then, chip in to his campaign to fire Todd Young — who doesn’t agree that Hoosier women have the right to make their own medical decisions:
It’s more important than ever that we unseat Todd Young and expand Democrats’ Senate majority so we can protect the right to choose for every woman in every state. Thank you for stepping up at this critical time.

Subject: The hyperpartisan Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade
John,
The Supreme Court overruled Roe v. Wade today, and frankly, I am horrified. Over the last 50 years, folks across our country, including over 3.1 million Hoosier women, had autonomy over their reproductive health — and now they have fewer rights than women in 1973.
Thanks to the conservative-stacked Supreme Court that Todd Young helped pack by confirming three right-wing Justices, Hoosier women’s access to safe abortion is in jeopardy.
Growing up with a single mother and two sisters, I have been and will always be pro-choice and will fight for the women in Indiana, including my wife and daughter, to have the same rights as men.
The Supreme Court’s decision is horrifying. Now more than ever, we must expand our Democratic Senate majority by sending me to the U.S. Senate. I will fight tooth and nail to codify Roe v. Wade and protect the fundamental right to safe abortions. Please rush a donation today >>

As abortion becomes an issue for states to decide, not only is Indiana likely to ban reproductive freedom, but Mitch McConnell even told reporters that a national ban is not out of the question.
Republicans have been hell-bent on stripping our rights for decades, and abortion is only the beginning. Soon, you can bet the hyperpartisan Supreme Court will weigh in on same-sex and interracial marriage, and I don’t expect that to go in our favor. Just ask Indiana’s Senator Mike Braun how Republicans feel about interracial marriage (in case you missed it, Braun outrageously said it should be left up to the states).
Let’s gather our resources, get people registered to vote, and spread our message this year. Please chip in a contribution of any amount to send anti-choice Senators like Todd packing.
In November, when folks head out to the polls, we can’t let them forget that Todd voted to confirm three of the Justices that overturned Roe v. Wade.
Thank you for standing with me, and let’s fight like hell.
