[1]Cheri Beasley for North Carolina
We’re furious. We’re heartbroken. And honestly, we’re afraid.
But we cannot give in to defeat. We have to double down and fight. Extreme right-wing politicians like our opponent Ted Budd are capitalizing on this moment.
Ted Budd called the Supreme Court’s decision to overturn Roe v. Wade a “historic victory,” and he supports a national abortion ban without exceptions.
He is an extremist who cannot be trusted to protect our rights or represent our voices in the Senate.
Donate right now to stop Ted Budd from taking his extreme abortion ban agenda to the U.S. Senate. The last thing we need is more politicians making decisions about our bodies.

Let us be clear: Cheri knows abortion is a constitutional right and essential health care.
The truth is the future of abortion in this country could come down to this race. Our only option for protecting abortion rights is expanding our Senate majority. And as the first African American woman to ever serve as Chief Justice of North Carolina, there is no person better prepared to win this fight and cast the deciding vote to codify abortion rights than Cheri Beasley.
She will not back down or be afraid of bullies. But she needs us to have her back because Ted Budd’s allies are spending millions RIGHT NOW to try to buy this seat and secure another vote for a national abortion ban.
Please, if you can, donate to Cheri’s campaign for U.S. Senate. Every dollar before the FEC deadline sends a powerful message that we will not allow a politicized, right-wing majority to take away our rights.

This race is one of the best chances we have to flip a seat and expand Democrats’ majority.
North Carolina is poised to be the leader in preserving access to abortions in the South. It is far from perfect, but we are the frontline of the fight to make sure that every person — both in urban and rural North Carolina — has access to safe, legal abortion.
Thank you for standing with us.
