Just 24 hours after the Supreme Court’s conservative majority overturned Roe v. Wade, Donald Trump is on his way to Illinois to shore up support for right-wing candidates and help them reclaim the majorities in Congress.

There’s no doubt in my mind that Trump will celebrate the Court’s disastrous decision he says ‘was made by God’ at his MAGA rally tonight. After all, this was his ultimate goal when he rammed three anti-choice justices onto the Court as president, right?

And it’s likely that he’ll attack our campaign, and possibly throw his support behind one of my right-wing opponents, too.

Well, we have seen firsthand the impact Donald Trump’s presidency and Republican majorities have had on our nation. And John, we can’t go back.

We need to be ready to respond against every misleading, bad-faith attack Trump may launch against us. Not only to win this race, but to protect our Democratic majorities so we can keep fighting to protect our fundamental rights in Congress.

So, before Donald Trump takes the stage tonight, will you pitch in to help us build the resources we’ll need to respond to his attacks and protect our Democratic majorities?
