John, I want to tell you why you can trust me to always be a pro-choice Governor.

As the People’s Attorney General, I took on the Trump Administration in federal court to protect access to contraception, won an injunction against the “gag rule,” and filed an amicus brief in support of the U.S. Department of Justice’s challenge to Texas’ six-week abortion ban.

I’ve never shied away from my pro-choice stances or from defending the right to abortion in Pennsylvania. I can promise you that I will continue to protect a woman’s right to choose.

My opponent, Doug Mastriano, would never make that promise. He’s promised to ban all abortion with no exceptions, even in the case of rape, incest, or when the life of the mother is at risk as Governor. He even wants to throw doctors who perform abortions in jail. I’m not exaggerating when I say that if he becomes our next Governor, abortion would not be legal.
