I just made a tough call, John.

My GOP opponent JD Vance and his far-right allies have been going full throttle attacking us and our campaign. Together they’re spending more than $80 million.

I looked at our numbers and with far-right spending ramping up, we’ll need more resources to fight back. Even though the extra money isn’t in our budget right now, I gave the go-ahead to raise our June fundraising goal to compete.

It’s a risky decision. But this race will decide control of the Senate, so we have to go all in. We cannot miss our first goal of the General Election.

I’m betting on you, John, because I believe you’ll come through and help us raise the resources we need to win this critical race. And I never bet against Ohio.
