We are facing a perfect storm.

Yesterday, the Supreme Court rolled back 50 years of precedent, placing big government in the middle of a woman’s most intimate health and reproductive decisions.

Clarence Thomas then targeted basic rights of personal privacy with the express intent of limiting access to contraceptives, denying marriage equality, and legislating our personal lives.

The January 6th hearings this week revealed what we all knew - Donald Trump tried to seize power to retain the presidency after losing the 2020 election. We learned that specific Republican members of Congress aided and abetted the failed insurrection.

America faces a perfect storm this November.

The voters in the First District have a choice as to who will represent them in Congress: Heather Mizeur, a wacky far-left career politician from Takoma Park, Andy Harris, the Q-ANON supporting, alt-right failed incumbent, or common sense, tested leadership.

I’ve spent a career helping America navigate some of the most complex crises of this century. But, I need your help today if we are going to stand strong through the tumultuous winds of this current storm.
