This is a scary time for Ohio.

Because of the Dobbs decision, Ohio Republicans are likely to revive legislation that bans almost all abortions as soon as possible

The legislation features radical restrictions on abortions no matter the circumstances. It would:

🚩 Ban virtually any form of abortion care

🚩 Outlaw abortion as early as six weeks into pregnancy, before many women are aware that are pregnant

🚩 Deny Ohio women the ability to terminate a pregnancy that threatens

their life.

🚩 Force the victims of r*pe or incest to carry their babies to term, regardless of the age of the victim

When the bill was being considered, a Republican Ohio State Representative argued that pregnancy from r*pe is "an opportunity" for the victim. Republicans are trying to further punish victims of sexual assault by forcing them to keep and raise unwanted pregnancies.

We’re not going to let these heartless restrictions take effect. Can you spare $15 to help us protect abortion rights in Ohio?

Between now and November, we must work to elect pro-choice leaders and the State and Federal level who will protect the right to choose.

My opponent, Max Miller, celebrated the Dobbs decision while millions of American women lost the ability to control their own health decisions. Max won't stand with you. I will.

In Congress, my first priority will be to codify federal abortion protections. Max supports allowing state level Republicans to outlaw abortion entirely, even in cases of r*pe and incest.
