Illinois’ General Primary Election is next Tuesday, June 28, 2022. To help you navigate the voting process, I’m writing to share details about how to review your ballot, as well as information about how to register and vote. Please note that a voter must declare their party affiliation to vote in that party’s primary.

You can find an overview of your ballot by visiting this site and clicking “Find what’s on your ballot.” You will be prompted to enter your address, and then you will need to choose your political party. Once you have shared this information, the site will show you your specific ballot, including an overview of candidates.

And you can find information about how to register and vote in the primary below, as well as on our Still Standing blog. Please note: The only official source of voting information is your state or local election office. Make sure to confirm voting details by visiting www.elections.il.gov and contacting your local election authority.
