I wanted to write you a quick message before I head out with the whole team to march in the parade. It means so much to me that so many people are behind this campaign to send a proud Black, gay woman to the U.S. Congress.

I promise that in return, I’ll fight for ALL of us as your representative. As our rights are under attack, it's so important to remember that we’re all in this together — and together, we can create a better Tennessee and a better country where LGBTQ+ people have full equality and working people can finally thrive.
