Well, today was not fun. But we don’t agonize, we organize!

Next week is my birthday and you all know how much I love getting together and working to create the world we dream of. So I am asking you: Please join me (on Zoom) at the Climate Changemakers Hour of Action, next Wed, June 29 from 5- 6 pm PACIFIC time. We will put you to work for one amazing hour to elect climate champions like DR. KERMIT JONES (CA-03) and JAY CHEN (CA-45) to the US House of Representatives, which we must save in November. It goes without saying Dr. Jones and Jay Chen are also pro-choice, pro-voting rights, and pro all the things that matter. Sign up here: [link removed]

It’s so easy - just show up! No homework, no prep, no cards, no presents, just your lovely face on zoom. If you ever think, “Dang! I wish I went with Chris for all the Kavanaugh protests,” or “Shoot, I would have loved to be in the Senate Gallery when McCain gave the thumbs down and saved the ACA,” this is the first step you should take! You start by showing up once a week, and you feel empowered, and you keep showing up, and the next thing you know, you are in the thick of it and you collapse into bed every night, exhausted, knowing you have done everything you can to save our democracy and our planet.
