In the wake of SCOTUS's abortion decision, today is heavy. Low-income people of color in particular are disproportionately impacted by abortion restrictions, and in the developed nation with the highest rates of maternal mortality, this SCOTUS decision is devastating.
Then, less than 10 minutes after the SCOTUS decision was announced, Missouri became the first state in the country to invoke a trigger law banning abortion.
But we can't — and we won't — give up. We can't let out-of-touch, out-of-state folks dictate our rights.
