John:
Giving Tuesday is coming to a close in just five hours, and we were really relying on your support.
Our goal? Recruit 1,000 Ceres donors to step up with a year-end gift for our planet—and we’re at real risk of falling short.

So in Giving Tuesday’s final hours, I must urge you to think about the many ways your gift could change the world—and give by midnight’s deadline.

Change the world. Maybe that sounds idealistic to some. But I’ve seen the impact Ceres can have firsthand. We’ve recently secured corporate commitments that can and will build a greener and more sustainable world.
Over the past 2 years alone, Ceres has brokered more than 30 new corporate agreements on renewable energy, energy efficiency, electric vehicles and greenhouse gas emission-reduction goals.
But we can’t stop there. The climate crisis could plunge our planet into ruin, costing the U.S. up to 10.5% of its gross domestic product by 2100—you don't need to be a CFO to know that a world affected by that kind of economic decline isn't a world you want for those you love.
We MUST accelerate our work like never before—and that’s where you come in.
We must hit our 1,000 gift goal in the next five hours. We only need 27 more gifts!

Make an outsize impact for our planet with a tax-deductible gift by midnight’s deadline.

Without broad support, Ceres’ vital work simply doesn’t exist. We’re relying on you to drive our work forward in the year ahead and make meaningful inroads for our climate.
With deep gratitude,
