Today, after nearly 50 years, the Supreme Court has finally recognized that the Constitution does not establish or defend a right to an abortion.

Ohio’s Heartbeat Bill makes us a leader in protecting the unborn and I strongly support the immediate implementation of the bill, but let me be very clear. While we celebrate this historic victory, our fight is not over. The left will do everything in their power to pass laws that will allow for abortion right up until the birth of the child.
