Hello,
We must remember that there is far more that unites us as Americans than
divides us.
We have to be able to have debates and discussions about substance and about
issues where we can disagree, but where we also remember we are not enemies. We
must be able to have those debates and have those discussions based on a
foundation of our Constitution.
The Constitution is our sword and it is our shield. As an elected official and
as someone who has sworn an Oath under God to defend the Constitution, Liz
Cheney doesn't get to pick and choose – and she doesn't want to pick and choose
– when she follows that Oath and when she ignores it. It can never be ignored,
even and especially when it might be politically convenient to do so.
We hope that we can gain your support as we head into what is going to be the
most important U.S. House election this year.Your contribution and your
partnership are what are going to sustain our Constitution as a sharp sword and
a steady shield.
