Notice is hereby given that the Office of State Lands and Investments (OSLI), on behalf of the State Loan and Investment Board, has submitted a Notice of Intent to Adopt Rules and Regulations as follows:

Chapter 40 - Health and Human Services Capital Construction ARPA Grants

Chapter 41 - Water and Sewer ARPA Grants

COMMENT PERIOD STARTS June 24, 2022 AND ENDS AT 5 P.M. ON August 11, 2022

Comments are encouraged on any concerns, questions, or issues related to Chapters 40 and 41 of the State Loan and Investment Board's Rules and Regulations.

Copies of the proposed rules are available for review on the Secretary of State's website at rules.wyo.gov or by contacting OSLI at 122 W. 25th Street, Herschler Building, Suite W103, Cheyenne, WY 82002.
