BREAKING: THE SUPREME COURT HAS REVERSED ROE V. WADE. THE HAND-PICKED CONSERVATIVE MAJORITY IS OFFICIALLY STRIPPING AWAY OUR CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHT TO ABORTION AND BODILY AUTONOMY.
I’m beyond horrified and I know you are, too. With brazen audacity, this Court feels that women are not entitled to our own private healthcare decisions – how dare they.
We must fight back and focus our anger on holding the House majority and codifying Roe with legislation that will ensure all women seeking an abortion can access safe and afforable care – without shame and government interference. 36 million American lives are now at risk. We can only protect them if we hold the House and Senate this November.

This is not a partisan issue – four in five (80%!) Americans agree that the decision to have an abortion should be left to a patient and her doctor. With Roe now overturned, that decision is put into the hands of others.
We knew this decision was coming, but even now that it’s here, I have a hard time finding the words. That women across this country – my daughters-in-law, my granddaughters – will not have the same rights I had as a young woman is hard to contemplate.
In light of this earth-shattering news, my team and I are taking some time today to find other ways for you to take action – through volunteering and rallies near you. We will circle back with all we find later today or this weekend. In the meantime, we must show up, turn out, and support Democratic leaders and pro-abortion activists running for office to keep our majority.
