Hi John, It’s official. Today the Supreme Court turned its back on the last shreds of our national right to abortion.
To be clear — today’s decision is the result of a decades-long scheme by anti-abortion politicians to dismantle access to abortion care. It is unconscionable to force someone to delay their abortion or carry a pregnancy against their will.
We know that this decision will spare no one and that people of color working to make ends meet will be most harmed.
Meeting this moment BOLDLY means committing to building political power together and using our vote to make change. It’s on all of us – candidates and voters – to make our voices heard in the streets and at the ballot box. |
