Friend,
Today is Giving Tuesday, a day after the holiday that encourages all of us to donate to the charities and nonprofits we believe are making significant impacts in our communities. We don’t often talk about the necessity of charitable organizations, even though they have always existed and continue to serve a vital function in society.
As a nonprofit leader, I know the importance of days like this to ensure we have the funds to work toward our missions. Nonprofits serve as a necessary partner in our society, along with government and business to ensure we create and maintain prosperous communities.
Unfortunately, we have seen the government failing in its duties to serve our country. We need leaders that understand the benefit of the partnership with nonprofits, businesses and the government if we want to see our communities thrive.
While you are donating to your favorite charities, please make a donation to our campaign so we can bring equitable policy that will bring back the balance between non-profits, businesses, and the government.
