Abortion is no longer protected nationwide. In Wisconsin, a 173 year old law criminalizing abortion is now in effect.
This week, Sara was in the legislature ready to overturn Wisconsin's archaic 1849 law, and watched as GOP leaders gaveled in and out of the special session in 13 seconds without even considering the implications for the women of Wisconsin.
We cannot stop until this 1849 anti-abortion law is fully blocked in our state, and I'm ready to get the job done.
