It’s official.

The Supreme Court has officially overturned Roe v. Wade.

Make no mistake — this is an attack on EVERY American by extremist Justices and MAGA politicians.

And it’s on us to fight back. Our best avenue for protecting reproductive healthcare now is to expand our Democratic majority and pass the Women’s Healthcare Protection Act.

The Women’s Healthcare Protection Act would codify Roe into law and ensure our fundamental freedoms cannot be taken by an unelected minority.

But Democrats’ 50-50 majority is not enough. If a single Democrat is defeated, the GOP will take over the US Senate — and any chance of protecting Roe is gone!

We must check the GOP’s radical agenda at the ballot box. Defending and expanding Senate Democrats' majority is the only way we can protect reproductive healthcare.
