I’m furious.

The Supreme Court has officially overturned Roe v. Wade.

We knew this was coming. Republicans have been trying to overturn Roe for years — and they’ve finally succeeded.

Look — reproductive healthcare is an issue of freedom, and we need to recognize that. Abortion is healthcare and the government has no place getting in between individuals and their doctors.

The GOP is now the party of forced birth that puts the rights of rapists ahead of the rights of women. It cannot be overstated how extreme this position is, and we need to fight back against this heinous movement.

We must act now to protect reproductive healthcare — and that starts by passing the Women’s Healthcare Protection Act.

The Women’s Healthcare Protection Ac t would codify Roe v. Wade into law and overrule draconian state bans - like the one here in Florida.

But if Republicans flip the US House, John, any chance of protecting reproductive healthcare is OVER. My district — FL-15 — could decide which party controls Congress and I need your help.
