Team,

Today the Supreme Court has officially announced its decision to overturn Roe v. Wade, upending decades of settled law that will undoubtedly have devastating and lasting repercussions for the most vulnerable and the most marginalized in our community.

The end of Roe at the hands of far-right judges does not reflect what the majority of Americans and Granite Staters believe – health decisions should be between an individual and their doctor, including the right to have an abortion.

I fought to pass the Women’s Health Protection Act to codify Roe because no judge or politician should be able to take away a woman’s right to make her own health care decisions. As a member of the Pro-Choice Caucus, I won't stop fighting until these fundamental rights are protected.

If you're saddened, angered, and disheartened by the current state of women's reproductive rights, I urge you to remember this feeling at the polls when you cast your vote in just under five months. Because reproductive freedom will be on the ballot. My far-right opponents have remained overtly and proudly anti-choice, and we can't afford to let them flip our district red.

If you are committed to electing leaders who will stand up for reproductive rights in November, chip in today to help me defeat my extreme, anti-choice opponents.

Thank you,

Chris
