This is a hard email to write and send to you all. Today, our darkest fears came true: Roe v. Wade has officially been overturned, and the fate of reproductive rights is now in the hands of individual states.

According to Planned Parenthood, 26 states are poised to ban abortion, which will leave more than 36 million people of reproductive age without abortion access.

With this horrific news, I will reiterate the promise that I made previously: Her Bold Move will never stop recruiting and working to elect RELENTLESSLY pro-choice women across the country. We support women who aren’t afraid to fight like hell to protect abortion care.

We at Her Bold Move have been preparing for this. We are proud to have supported incredible pro-choice candidates in races against anti-choice “Democrats” and forced-birth advocates in the GOP. We’ve proudly stood by these pro-choice champions even when they (and we) have been mocked, trolled, threatened, and worse.

We’ve been building something powerful: an unapologetic coalition that supports pro-choice female candidates—no matter how much money they’ve raised — through effective, unique programs. These women are desperately needed in the rooms where decisions about our bodies are being made, and we’re here to help them GET ELECTED.
