Just moments ago, the Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade. While this decision is devastating, we’ve seen the signs that this would be coming – and we’re ready to fight back.

Because Roe was overturned, Michigan’s dangerous near total abortion ban could go back into effect. That’s why Gretchen Whitmer filed a lawsuit months ago and used her executive authority to ask the Michigan Supreme Court to immediately resolve whether Michigan’s Constitution protects the right to abortion.
