We will be hearing from grassroots leaders on the issues that led me to run for the County Board: affordable housing, inclusive economic growth, climate change, education, and hunger. We will also be talking about racial equity and justice and our continuing response to COVID.

Several community leaders and I will be laying out the vision and priorities I will pursue if I have the honor of being re-elected. We will do so in Barcroft, the neighborhood that includes one of the steps I am most proud of from the last four years--preserving over 1300 affordable apartments for low-income Arlington families.

After Tuesday's filing deadline, we now have two general election opponents. I take both of them seriously and am working my heart out for the progressive ideas we share.
