Yesterday, the House Select Committee revealed that Scott Perry played a pivotal role in Donald Trump's attempt to steal the election and overthrow the legally elected government of the United States. Perry's actions threatened our Democracy. In total, the plot to keep Donald Trump in power ended in the violent events of January 6th, where people lost their lives.
Scott Perry is a disgrace to our country and a national embarrassment. He sought a pardon from Donald Trump because he knew his actions were criminal and he wanted to avoid the consequences. I have called for a Federal criminal investigation into Perry.
