Today’s ruling is not the end of our fight to keep guns off our streets. Together we can— and we will — win.

Friend:

Barely a month after a white supremacist opened fire at a supermarket in Buffalo, the Supreme Court decided to eviscerate New York's concealed firearm law.

Now, there is almost no place across our city and our state where New Yorkers can know they are safe from guns. Today's Supreme Court decision means there can be concealed carry guns in our schools; in our supermarkets; in our churches; in our offices. It means guns on the subway, and on the buses.

It means all of us are less safe today than we were yesterday.

If you're like me, you're outraged, disgusted, and ready to act. That's why I'm coming to you with an ask you don't usually hear from a candidate for office-- today, don't donate to me.

Stand up and say enough is enough.

When I first ran for office, I vowed to take on special interests like the NRA, and to make our schools and neighborhoods safer. Make no mistake: today’s ruling is not the end of our fight to keep guns off our streets.

Together we can — and we will — win.

In Solidarity,

Andrew
