We are still investigating what happened in Uvalde, but that didn’t stop Trump appointed extremists on the Supreme Court taking the time to issue a new ruling making it easier to carry a gun.
They call it justice, but we all know what it’s about. Too many government officials are beholden to gun lobbyists thanks to the piles of cash they are allowed to spend on our elections.
These conservative justices have endangered New Yorkers and made our city, state and country less safe with this decision.
But I won’t give up. I have never been afraid to stand up to the NRA and the gun lobby.
I’ve been leading the charge in Congress to end gun violence for years, and this radical decision by the Supreme Court today won’t stop me.
