Let’s just jump right in today: What did the pandemic do to your sex life? To everybody’s sex life, particularly parents? Today Kim Brooks – author of Small Animals: Parenthood in the Age of Fear – is investigating the impact of COVID-19 on the sex lives of moms. She recounts a recent conversation with a friend: “What confused my friend, and spurred my curiosity, was that COVID-19’s impact on intimacy with her husband had been anything but straight-forward. There had been moments when she and her husband felt more connected, both physically and emotionally, than ever before. There had been other moments where she wasn’t sure she wanted to even share a mailing address with him anymore, much less a bed.” So she went digging – check it out.
