FRC has consistently sounded the alarm on the Biden administration's radical LGBT policies that threaten the safety of our children. Thankfully, many states are now taking action!
Our policy experts encouraged 21 states to introduce the Save Adolescents from Experimentation (SAFE) Act, which would protect children from life-altering "gender transition" procedures such as puberty-blocking drugs, cross-sex hormones, and irreversible surgeries.
In 2021, Arkansas became the first state to enact such a law, establishing strong protections for other states to use as a model. So far this year, 14 states have introduced similar legislation.
In April, Alabama became one of the handful of trailblazing states taking action to protect all kids under 18 from harmful gender transition treatments, and FRC was there, working with courageous state legislators for years to see this bill advance.
Alabama is now the fourth state to protect vulnerable children in some capacity from these sterilizing and mutilating treatments--treatments that the Biden administration is openly demanding that taxpayers fund!
Because of your ongoing support, FRC is able to track more than 1,500 bills every year spanning all 50 states and Washington, D.C., on the sanctity of life, human sexuality, religious freedom, parental rights, and related issues.
